By using Klarvion Pro’s website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

    Klarvion Pro provides digital marketing services including:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Website Design & Development
  • Content Marketing
  • Lead Generation Services
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to accounts and systems
  • Make timely decisions and provide feedback
  • Pay invoices as agreed
  1. Payments & Billing
  • All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise
  • Payment terms: Net 15 days from invoice date
  • Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest
  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing
  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    Services: Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered. If you wish to cancel an ongoing project:
  • Written notice is required
  • You will be billed for work completed up to cancellation date
  • Any prepaid amounts for future work will be refunded

Monthly Retainers: Can be canceled with 30 days written notice.

  1. Intellectual Property
  • We retain rights to our proprietary methods and tools
  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
  1. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including business strategies, financial information, and trade secrets.
  2. Disclaimer & Limitations
    While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (like #1 Google rankings). Digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors.
  3. Termination
    We may terminate services if:
  • Payments are overdue by 30+ days
  • Client violates these terms
  • Client provides false information
  1. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Sheridan, Wyoming courts.
  2. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
